HI,

No TLB shipments are created. as there are lots of PR in system

Please also share the results of steps immediately before your run TLB.

When you are running Deployment (Heuristics, Optimizer, etc) and also during SNP (Heuristics, or whatever method you use), do you see receipts being created for your demand? In other words do you really have some unfulfilled demand for which SNP should plan?

You mentioned lots of PRs. Are these PRs sufficient to cover your demands or are you facing the issue that Deployment seems to be working fine, but in TLB you are not getting shipments created against your demands?

Answers to the above questions would be helpful in understanding your issue better.

Check the following

1)Enough ATD quantity is avaialble at source location

2)TLB Profile does not 'limit' the 'load size'

Hi Vijay

Check firstly the PRs for which materials are present in the system.

Check if TLB is Profile is containing the correct material only

Check if TLB Parameters are defined correctly or not

Did you had a Deployment Run For the material because TLB Run will consider only deployment orders.

Hi Vijay,

here could be many reasons, provide more details like profile limitations, are the deployed PRs in the past, is the variant considering the past deployed PRs, lot size settngs, etc to understand your issue.
