Issue in Pricing

Hello Gurus,

I have a requirement in pricing where in I am having 2 components. The basic price of the unit is having 2 components. The first component is of the developer and the second component is of the land owner.

For example: If the basic price is 1500. Then 900 is of developer and 600 is of landowner. I want to account these 2 components in 2 different GL code and customer will get debited by 1500.

I tried this as below

Cond 1 - 1500 - statistical

Cond 2 - 60% of Cond 1

Cond 3 -40 % of Cond 2

But when I am entering cond3 my cond 2 is getting deactivated

Appreciate inputs in this regards

Thanks in advance

Narayan

Hi Narayan,

system will use only one price condition in one pricing procedure if there are more than one price condition than system automatically deactivate another, develop a routine for your calculation from your technical team member.

thanks,

Hi Narayan,

you can mentioned the condition types as below in pricing procedure...

ZBP = Basic price

ZDP = 60% (on basic price)Discount or surcharge (Condition class)

ZOP = 40% (On basic price)Discount or surchare (Condition class)

also maintain the correct to and from values. it should work.

Thanks & Regards

Hi Narayan,

You can't maintain two Condition Types as Price Conditions.

So Please use Surcharge Condition for Land Owner and maintain condition records. Then you can store these values at different

GL Accounts.

Thanks

Hello,

Make it as 40% of condition 1, and check the From field is entered with correct step number in the pricing procedure and no Exclusion group is used.
