Service Desk for VAR How to add systems in SMSY

How to add solution manager systems of customers to the solution manager systems of VAR ?.

Do i have to add the systems in SMSY or can i read the system related data from Service market place?

In SMSY normally we cannot add two systems with same SID. If i have two customer solution manager systems are with same SID will the VAR solutoin manager systems accept it.
