J1IJ showing lesser quantity

Experts

Till invoicing I have no issues,quantity is 18000 but while doing J1IJ,selecting system is showing 3480 available quantity. Also the BED,SEC not coming.

Pls suggest what to do as also when I am checking EXCISE INVOICE LIST inside J1IJ, quantity in excise invoice is showing 15120 but excise invoice in not posted

what ur process , i think its is for depo process , in depo process u can do only ofter delivery not a invoice ,

va01-vl01n-j1ij-vf01 it is process of depo invoice so please check ur process

quantity check ur sale order first ofter u will check in delivery stock , j1ij stock soes wrong it mens same batch u can do the j1ij.

the available quantity only can so in j1ij , so please check ,

some in cancelation u can not cancel the j1ij on that u can do the some quantity of j1ij for same materila fir same customer for same bacth , so please check all details,

goto se11 - give J_1IRG23D TABLE FOR MATERIAL AND BATCH BASED CAN SERACH THEIR IS ANY ALL ready creating j1ij pl check

hi,

THis may be because you have purchased material with Excise duty only for 3480 units, remaining must have been purchased without excise duty or still no J1iex has been done for that GRn.

Or some one would have uploaded the stock without any GRN ie MIGO process.

Every process has been done but the quantity is not showing.

Checked MB51, Depot stock etc

but still its not showing also system is not throwing any error msg also.

Pls suggest if you have any
