is there any report for pending travel expense?

Hi experts.

Is there any report that showing employee who has create travel request but has not create travel expense?

any std report will give with status request created and request approved

so, the answer is, I have to create zprogram to achieve my requirement?

Yes, I search in all standard report, it only show travel status (request created, approved,etc) not status of expense not created yet.

or any other proposed solution?

Hi,

if the std report itself gives that, why do you want a Z report. Any trip at the status Request Approved signifies that Expense report is not creted. Moment you create an expense report its status changes to Trip Created. If it gets approved then it chnages to Trip Approved. then once it getss settled it changes to Trip Settled and finally when it is posted it chnges to Trip Accounted. So its all sequential statuses, one after another.

In the std report if you do afilter on status saying Request Created/ Request Approved that in itself will fetch all thos e trips for which expense has not yet been created.
