SRM portal not working with SSO.

Hi master I have a problem with IE 7 . when I try show the content of SRM 5.0 through the Portal . the single sing on ( SSO) not working .

I made test with same user in others computers with IE8 or IE9 and the Portal show the content very well.

what can i reviews to fix the problem.,

Hi Oscar,

I have found SSO issue in following cases:

1. If user is not present in current system.

2. If roles are not properly assigned. In some cases roles of different systems(clients) are assigned to User. Generaly portal roles.

3. If user is expired. Check in SU01.

Please check.

open the security node,

here check the 'Enable Intergrated Windows Authentication'
