rescheduling sales order - APO

Dear gurus,

please...I would like to ask you some advice.

In my client, the sales order are converted from APO system. They have requested me an automatic "rescheduling". The sales order must be changed regarding to delivery date and/or delivery date. For example:

Process order 1003333 with batch F1234 quantity 1 EA

Sales order 6101003333 with batch F1234 quantity 5 EA

This "rescheduling" should compare this process order and the corresponding sales order because they have the same batch and in this case update the quantity of the sales order from 5 EA to 1 EA.

Do you think that I could use V_V2 transaction and enhance its functionality to achieve this requirement? Whar would you shuggest me?

It looks using V_V2 with enhanced functionality is the only option. Copy the V_V2 program and add further coding as per the requirement. The developed program can be run in the background to fulfill the requirement,
