Congratulations, you successfully managed to use the advantages of uncapped partitions in a dynamic LPAR configuration.
If you current partition is using a lot of CPU, and anothere partition has free CPU resources, these can be used and you may see more than 100 % CPU utilization temporarily. Not a bug, but a feature.
