Question regarding IDT

Hello, I have a question regarding new "Information Design Tool". Is it true that we don't need universe designer anymore with this tool?

Hi Vikram,

IDT is the next step forward towards making the task more easier. It has many new features added to it. However if you have some of the .unv you can get it converted in the .unx by the option available in IDT.

As i think the coming versions will remove this while progressing further.

IDT is better than UDT to work upon.

Hi Vikram,

You still have UDT (Universe Design Tool) in BO suite. If you have all your .unv universes converted into .unx, or if you are developing new universe in IDT then there is no need of UDT.
