Dear nana,

Have u selected proper device type in SPAD according to your printer.

http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/8075b32f-d7c9-2b10-db84-97015a3a2...

Follow the link for proper device type settings and printer configuration, after that check.

Hope it helps

Thanks Siva,

The problem in all printers, then i think is not related to the configuration of the printer.

Hi Nana,

The problem is still not clear to us. If you talk about numeric order of printing, what does it mean?

Does it mean that print output is not in proper sequence? - if so check the report outout. Also let us know whether this is coming for one report output or for all.

If print output is going out of page border, means data is getting truncated, then it is certainly to do something printer configuration, device type or page format configuration.

If the problem is about alpha-numeric order of printed sequence then check report settings if this is custom report.

Do let us know bit more about issue based on above statement.

Thanks

Cheers !!!

Hi,

In SPAD-> select your printer and select output attributes and select the option print sequentially...

It may solve your issue.
