Changes to AC42

Hi SAP Gurus,

Need your help in making a change to the way the screen /SAPAPO/AC42 appears. We want to add Grand Totals under each of the quantity fields displayed (Product Allocation Quantity, Incoming Orders Quantity and Remain. Production Allocation Quantity).

Please guide me if this is a possible change.

Hi Radha,

This doesn't seem possible.

If you have data available in some planning book, then it should be possible to get the calculations through some macro.

Or otherwise if you want to create report, then it's possible to read data from the planning area, and create a report for the users.

There is no standard customizing to support this requirement. You need to discuss with your development team for this. Grand Total in AC42 screen is also mosnomer as actual total depends on no of time periods for backward/forward consumption. I hope you are using Allocation Planning Book - did you try to explore that option by using some macro?
