Connectivity Error while accessing MDM Change Tracker through portal

Hi,

I am getting the following error while accessing Change Tracker through portal:

" Connection error. Specified jdbcAlias parameter is invalid or DataSource is not running "

I have specified jdbcAlias in 'Application Parameters' property of the application.

The application is accessible when jdbc alias is specified in the URL.

Can anyone please help with this error?
