Document diplay acess in sap easy DMS

Hi ,

My scenario is that I have two different department with different sap log on MB1 AND MB2,both depart ment have their respective folder in sap easy dms. The document type for the departments are ST1 AND ST2.

Requirement is Untill and unless a document is released by say Dept 1 , Dept 2 should not be able to view the file.

In cureent scenario department1 can view the document of department2 which is in WORK REQUEST state , is there a way where in we can restrict so that one can see only the released document where as the document in work request status shoud not be seen by other dept. kindly guide me on this.

Use Authorization Object C_DRAW_TCS (Status Dependent Authorization) for this.
