How to use HTTP Post action Block for sending SMS in MII 12.1

Hi,

I have created a simple transaction consisting of HTTP POST Action Block. I am using it for sending SMS.

In Configuration object i am giving the URL as

http://www.beat2day.co.in/sms.aspx?user=<way2sms_username>&pass=<way2sms_pass>&mbno=<dest_mobileno>&...;

Once i execute, it gives the below error -

[ERROR] Post Action: error occured while trying to connect to the server Exception: [Connection reset]

Is this error related to system management or else i need to give any other details in the action block.
