Credit Control - reblocking after an order has been released

Hello,

We are using automatic credit control for orders with 4.6C. We are using the static check.

From time to time we see the problem that an order that was blocked and released gets blocked again after some data was change that is shouldn't be relevant for Credit Checks.

e.g:

1. Order blocked

2. Order released

3. Submissionnumber in order header changed

4. Order blocked again

In change log I can see that the change of submission number is followed by the new Credit statatus B, which means its blocked again. After releasing a second time there is no entry in the changelog that the relaesed value has increased.

I can't reproduce the error. Its sometime happening and sometimes not. Any ideas?

Hello,

both notes do not describe the problem we are facing. Problem is that a relaesed order gets blocked again after saving although no credit relevant change was done. Means credit value and net value havent changed
