SMI Details - Product Overview not showing data for next year

Hi,

I would like to ask on how do we expand the view of data to see values of the first month of next year. The time bucket profile set in the Portal was:

No. of Years: 1

No. of Months: 4

No. of Weeks: 6

No. of Days: 0

I can only see data in the Product View of the SMI Details is from the last week of Dec 21-Dec31 then the next is Y:2012 in just one cell. Does this have something to do with modifying the time bucket profile? Please advise what to do to view data of next year. Please explain how time buckets work.

Hi

Even I had simillar issue and when we change the time bucket profile issue got resolved.

So i suggest you try changing the time bucket profile as suggested by Nikhil earlier and also check the time horizon is correct in RSMIPROACT program in ECC.

Hi koolai,

Go to Time Buckets profile and maintain below settings:

Display Horizon: Months=12

No. of Years: 0

No. of Months: 0

No. of Weeks: 0

No. of Days: 0

Save the above setting and refresh the Web UI.
