SmartForm - convert otf to pdf - customer font

Hi all,

I have a SmartForm that should be converted from otf to pdf while the processing. We use a customer font in the form. In a SAP note I read that I should modify the device type PDF1 (-->ZPDF1...) and install the alternative font with RSTXPDF2. How should I define the font in SE73 an in the device type?

I created our customer font in the device type and in SE73, but it didn´t work. Are there some special setting I should notice?

Assign devise type in SPAD, it will works.

sorry, I don´t know what to do. I created already the device type ZPDF1KYO. I get the PDF, too. But it is not the customer font.

You don`t need to do anything. Just install Adobe Acrobat 9.0 on your system. And activate it as default printer. Next time whenever you fire print command with your form, it will directly comes in PDF format.
