Hi All,
We have ascenario IDoc to File
At receiver side we have configured receiver file adater with NFS protocol and our target directory is on server B. So we mapped "
B\TargetDirectory" to Z: in our PI server.
PI server & server B both are on Wondows OS.
We could see that the user which is used by PI to write files on local drive is SAPService<systemID>, so we created the same user on server B and allowed this user access to Z: drive on PI server.
But when trying to write files to this drive Z:, we are getting follwoing error
Target directory.......does not exist.
We tried giving target Directory path as below; but it does,'t work. Any ideas?
1) Z:
2)
B\TargetDirectory
Jeet,
Target directory.......does not exist. >>>>>>> It is not able to locate directory
on the mentioned path.
Try access the shared location using Run or Windows explorer option. I meant
1. Start --> Run --> type the shared location
2. Open windows explorer and type in the shared location
See whether you are able to access for both the options.
Regards
Ramesh

Hi Ramesh,
Problem solved. It was not because of the way we used slashes but due to the following procedure.
When we configured user SAPService<SID> on server B, the pasword MUST be same as configured in PI server for user SAPService<SID>. We earlier did not have the password this way setup.
When we changed it, it worked!!
