Hi everyone,

While trying to start DB we are getting message:

-24988 sql error db_worm -f -8888, connection broken

KNLDIAG:

2011-12-21 12:01:07 0x624 ERR 53007 CONFIG ILLEGAL DATA DEV SIZES

2011-12-21 12:01:07 0x624 ERR 53007 CONFIG RestartRec: Max Data Pno: 1310719

What happened prior to this error? Was the system running before? It seems one of your data files is corrupt.

Hi Markus,

System was running when the issue related to content server (MAXDB) was encontered.

Thereafter MAXDB was made offline via DBMGUI .MaxDB was 95% Full at time of shutdown.

Since then MAXDB is not coming to online status.

We even tried to add devspaces in admin status which failed also.

There seems to be an issue with one of the data files. Check the operating system log for possible isuses. With just that error message it's impossible to tell what happened.

Also check knldiag.err
