Hi ,
In solution manager service desk :
I am getting a warning message Assignment of appointment rules to rule ID incorrect when trying to edit the calling hours by pressing the Calling hour s Button in Control Tab.
I have checked with some of the other BP's available in system and they are responding good to edit, for calling hours.
Only few BP's have this warning message coming up.
Can you please suggest some solution for this issue.

Hi,
Seems it is due to inconsistency with rule ID.
can you paste this query in CRM forum. there you may get some answers to fix this.
