we have created new client then we have created local client copy from the source client .... after the local client copy has been completed ... we faced the problem that we are not able to logon to the source client ... due to it has been deleted .... Please advice ... how we can restore it back and we also need to know how this problem has been occured

You might have deleted the source client by using SCC5

use SCCL to copy

I think you shoud be having back up dump with you so just restore it.

Are you sure you did a local client copy through SCCL or did you only do a SCC5 and deleted your source client?

You know what they say about backups, that your production is as good as your last backup, so, get your last successful backup and do a point in time restore.
