Item cannot be deleted - GM status

Hi,

We have a text item with quantity 0 in the delivery note which has been completely invoiced.

We reversed the process, i.e. cancelled invoice, cancelled the Service (with regards to the text item) and invoiced only the items relevant.

Now, we are unable to delete the text item. Error is message VL111 (The goods movement status does not allow the item to be deleted).

In the Status Overview for the item, the field is 'C' despite cancel of the service.

Please help.

Hi,

I have already reversed the process using VL09. In the document flow, there is an entry saying "cancelled service".

However, Goods Movement status remains 'C'.

Also, after going through the forums, I came across the program RVDELSTA - which I ran for the delivery but no use.

goto vbuk table at se16n u chage the status ,

goto se16n - give sales order number, excut, pl check ur GM STATUS , HERE u will edit ststus,

goto back give comand &sap-edit press enter system soes edit function, ofter excute , chage status ,
