Are you using CCMS Alerts?.... If thats the case CCMS alerts go out via client 000, so check that the timezone in client 000 is consistent with your current timezone. Check STZAC in both clients.

Can you describe the scenario better?....

When the mails goes into SOST, are they scheduled to be sent in 10 hours?..

If you have a problem with your timezones you will see the mails going into SOST with a time delay, if that was not the case and the mails are leaving the system (SOST) on time but not delivered then you need to talk to your mail team

Hello Nana,

As Juan said, it might happen when SAP_CONNECT* job is not running periodically in the system. Please check that.

Thanks,

Hello nana,

This problem is happening to single user or mass users?

Please make sure your OS time zone and SAP system time zone are same.

Thanks,

Agreed. This is SAP system time zone problem. I had the same issues some time ago.

Assuming that the config is correct and that the SAP_CONNECT job is running periodically, i would check that the user and system time zones are consistent.
