Can proforma invoice be created with reference to a Sales Order?

Hi

Yes.

You can create a Proforma invoice with reference to the sales order

Create a sales order (VA01) and Create the Proforma invoice with reference to the sales order.

Select the billing document type F5 and Maintain copy controls also.

It is very much possible to create proforma with reference to order,maintain copy controls between VTFA.Standard is OR - F5.

Check Standard billing doc type F5 - Pro Forma for Order reference.

For Delivery F8.
