system copy from AS400 (ASCII Codepage) to Windows Server 2008 (Unicode)

hi SAP Expert,

currently i would like to perform system copy (r3load) from AS400 (ASCII Codepage) to Windows Server 2008 (Unicode), is there any unicode conversion activites would be involve? if yes any documentation can be provided?
