Replicate Business Partner (BP) Content from CRM system to MDM system

Hi Expert,

My client already have CRM system, then they want to implement MDM system.

Question:

1. My client want to replicate BP data/content from CRM system to MDM system, is it possible? If Possible, what tools for replicate that BP data/content?

2. What tools for initialization BP data/content (from existing CRM system) in MDM system?

Hello,

We have a standard Repository structure for Business Partner delivered by SAP.

For details you may refer [MDM 7.1|https://websmp107.sap-ag.de/installmdm71]

this all the details regarding MDM and its components.

For specific Business Partner details refer SAP Note 1035773.

For data load, you would require MDMGX generic extractor and MDM_CLNT_EXTR Client Extractor setup in your CRM system.

also you would require SAP PI in the landscape as middle ware.

IDoc's will be sent to SAP PI, PI will convert these IDoc's into MDM Specific XML format and place this file in the Import Folder.
