Deployment Aborted in NWDS for WebDynpro java Application

Hi All,

All the WebDynpro applications in NWDS causing a problem while deploying. Following is the error

Deployment exception : Server erpportal did not accept login request as apiadmin on port 50018 - Cannot log in. There are already active sessions:

Session id 60 / An administrator logged in via API /

Inner exception was :

will you please tell me what is the problem and how to resolve it.

check if someone logged in through SDM

Hi,

The message "An administrator logged in via API" means that someone else is connected to SDM at this time. There are 2 possibilities:

1. Two different users are trying to deploy applications, but SDM allows only one user to deploy the applications at the same time.

2. Another possibility is that someone have started a deployment which hangs or SDM GUI has changed. In both cases the session remains pending

and only a restart of the SDM node helps.

Or

Do this Restart the SDM from the NWDS, Go to J2EE Engine, Expand the server and click over SDM . Now Right Click on SDM then Click on restart process.
