User clicked "always deny for this file type" - How do I fix it?

I have a user who is on Windows 7.2. The first time they were going into the SAP GUI (BEx) for BW they accidently clicked on the "always deny for this file type" on the pop up screen.

Now she cannot access BW reports.

Any ideas how we go about restoring it?

Hi,

start SAP logon and use Options. Then item Security settings in Security section. Look for object with type "File extension".
