Status of the message of the service desk is not updated

Hello experts,

I am having a problem with the messages sent to SAP, they are not updating their status, the info is updated but the status is not when they return it to Customer Action,

Any advice about this issue?

Hi,

Please check: the job RNOTIFUPDATE01

It should be scheduled as per note 781163.

Also check:

Note 1292223 Alert for RNOTIFUPDATE01 is red though the job is scheduled
