E resignation in SAP

Hi experts,

My company has developed a software on dot net in which E-resignation, E-recruiting and E-Joining of Employees has to be done.

Now my company want's to Intergrate this software with SAP.

i thought the same can be done by a BDC through which data can be uploaded into SAP.

Please suggest is my approach the Correct ?

Also what else can be thought of in this area ? Usefull suggestions will be rewarded

Hi,

BDC looks a better option.

However you need to consider the following :

1. Indepth knowedge on SAP HCM Activities - as data will be updated automatically.

2. Working with Technical Teams

a. ABAP Team for Cosing purpose

b XI Team for interfacing /data flow accross systems.

3. A lot of time should be devoted to thorough testing.

What is XI team's purpose ?

Aso if BDC is a better option then i need to start with E resign first.

An employee is resigning then it can be done through PA40 in SAP after receiving confirmed mail from employee who resigned.
