FMBB Document No. appeared only 8 digit (from all 10 digit)

I've found that the Document Overview Area in T-Code FMBB is show document number only 8 digit from all 10 digit. This error occurred only SAP GUI720 Patch Level 7, while Patch Level 3 is not error.

Are there any OSS Notes need to be implement or any more setting required? (The current system is on EHP5 SPS5)

The current solution is using patch 3 while there is the advised that this issue can be resolved by patch 10 (GUI720).
