Problem in KO8G: System status LKD is active (ORD 3000019)

KO8G: System status LKD is active (ORD 3000019)

While executing K08G, system gives an error "System status LKD is active (ORD 3000019)" and this error is increasing day by day. Because of this system performnce is getting affected. These Service Orders are old closed orders. Is there any solution to eliminate this error or we can delete all the logs or any configuration we have missed.

Hello,

I believe the service orders are in 'Locked status'. Please opne a service order and let us know the exact system and user statuses the system is displaying?
