RRI (Jump ) to Opportunity Transaction in CRM UI

Hi All,

We have a requirement of RRI, where user wants to see the opportunity details in CRM UI from Web Application Designer Report. Currently we are using web address as receiver. After clicking on "GO TO" (for a particular opportunity number) it is displaying the CRM UI page. But as per the requirement it should display the opportunity details. We have maintained the sender receiver assignment but it is not working.

Please suggest me the way to do it. Thanks in advance.

The probable suspect is here the RRI assignments, Please ensure that you have made the correct RRI assignment. Can be checked with SAP via a SAP message.

Hi Shanmugaprabhu,

Initially I was looking at following two options-

1. Using transaction CRMDORDER as Receiver_ : But this was not working on portal (SAP GUI HTML page was not coming). So we dropped this option.

2. Using URL of CRMUI as Receiver_: I am not sure which parameter should I take in sender-receiver assignment for passing the opportunity number. However I tried with technical name of opportunity number as well as table field name but it did not work.
