SSL certfiicates

Hi Gurus,

I used the HTTP destination of type G to connect from PI to external server.

I configured the taget host, port and the prefix.

I imported the HTTPs certificate of teh external server in STRUST in the category SSL Server Standard.

and i imported the SAP certificate for indentifying PI server in the category SSL client (Standard) in STRUST.

When I tested teh connection, I got the following error

ICM_HTTP_SSL_ERROR

Should I import both the certificates in SSL client (Standard) in STRUST.

Can you please advise if any configuration should be done for this SSL setup. Any help appreciated.

Thanks,

Jay.

Hi Ganesh,

I have changed teh Service No to 443 for HTTPs communication in the HTTP Destination to external server.

Now I'm not getting any errror but I'm getting the response body as the login page of the target system.

The expected response should be XML message.

I have spceified teh login details as part of teh path prefix but I do not understand why I am getting the Login page.

Please advise if I have to any changes to teh RFC connection.

Regards,

Jay.

It appears that either the user id password combination is incorrect or the user doesn't have authorization to connect to their system.
