Hi..

We are saving the documents in content server through SAP DMS .

I have one query..How to take back of all SAP DMS document.So that even if tomorrow if something went wrong with content server we can save our document records.

Dear RahulSandy,

When content server is implemented, there is regular back up taken by Support Guys. So no need to worry on that Part.

Hi Rahul,

The document are stored into sap dms content server means they are checked-in. Once checked-in document can be displyed from conetent server only. If content server is not performing or working then you won't see the documents. It's a secure repository. so your query is not possible to display documents without content server once checked-in.
