Hi All,

In our EWA report for CRM 7.0 system , we are getting RED alert for "It was detected that the SAP CRM 7.0 system is running on operating system Windows Server 2000"

This system is on Linux but still in the EWA report show Windows server 2000. We check everything but not able to understand.

Can you please help.

Thanks

Hello Deepak,

Was this migrated from Windows to LINUX recently ?

Kindly restart your OSCOL and CCMS agent once.

In RZ20 of the system just check what it shows when you restart OSCOL.

If its reflecting the right data then you can restart CCMS and see if the solution manager is picking the right data.

Hi,

Thanks for replying.

Yes the system was migrated from windows to linux. But that is long time. The previous EWA report does not shows the error but the report this week show the error. We have Ci and two Dialog instance.

saposcol is running fine but when i check in one of the dialog instance i could not get the hardware information in OS07/ST04N

Can it be because of the problem in dialog instance saposcol?

Thanks

Deepak

Hello,

Does RTCCTOOL recommend something (on both - the solman and the satellite system) ?

If yes, please apply all the ST-A/PI and ST-PI patches.

Thanks

Hi Deepak,

Did you get chance to check below

1). Can you please check Server name, DB in SMSY and make sure SMSY RFC destinations check return green.

2). Also Check in CENTRAL SLD (SLD) and re-push the data or run the JOB LANDSCAPE_FETCH_DATA.

3). Check the SYSTEM DATA in Service Market place and correct it, if wrong and re-synchronize the data in SMSY under the respective product.

4). If SMD agents have installed in CRM and connected to SOLMAN, then refresh the CRM SYSTEM under SOLMAN_WORKCENTER t-code in Root Cause Analysis -> System Monitoring.

5). Check your System Landscape and Solution Landscape has right data.

Thanks,

Hello,

It could due to support tools (ST*) problem. Please take a look at below thread for a clue. Though it's talking about SAP components, can be applicable to your problem. Please go through the notes mentioned in the thread.

Thanks,
