SAP File Port

Hello All,

I've setup a file port in SAP. In the inbound tab I have a path and file name of an IDOC file that the port is to look for and bring it into SAP. The IDOC file gets sent from the external program but the port isn't processing the file. Am I suppose to have another step to get the port to process the file?
