Queue Prioritization not working

Hi All,

I am least prioritizing the high volume messages and trying to send them to a low priority queue. I have done the configuration for IS Inbound. But when I am trying to test the filter, its says "No filter found for your test message".

Please help.

Yes Luis,

I have seen that document and created the filter as per the process only.

Hi Pooja,

If you had followed each step mentioned in the doc. then Just check the status of your entry. Whether it's not active or not.

If it's not active, make it active and then test filter

Hi Kiran,

I was entirly following the document, which says test the filter and activate it later.

I activated it and tested. It works fine.
