Copy Route from Shipment to Delivery

Greetings

I have a client that wants to copy the Route in the Shipment back into the previously created Delivery.

All SAP help documentation, and all forums I have reviewed to date, do not show this as a option, nor do they recommend doing this activity. I would like to verify this is true, and understand implications of doing so.

I suppose it is during GI you want to update route back.

Then do it in Outbound user exit: MV50AFZ1

look at FORM USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_LIKP

You can do it.
