Hi,
When we execute SXMB_IFR users are unable to view the page as the FQDN name is not displayed in that, when they manually enter the FQDN manually then they are able to view the page
Here is the detail explanination
users are executing Tcode SXMB_IFR and they are directed to page http://<hostname>:51100 and they get blank page but when they enter the FQDN manually they are able to view the pager http://<hostname>.in.xyz.com:51100
I have check the host file at OS level ,FQDN is properly setup in RZ10,not sure where I need to adjust this
Regards
Uday
Hi Uday,
Please check your exchange profile and SLD has FQDN instead of just hostname. If it has just hostname change it to FQDN.
You can access exchange Profile thru this link http://<hostname>:51100/exchangeProfile or goto DIR page --> Administration --> Exchange profile .
You need to restart your PI after the changes in Exchange Profile.
Thanks,
Sravanthi

Is your icm/host_name_full parameter has FQDN ?
J2EE service "SAP XI AF CPA Cache" (6.40, 7.0) or "XPI Service: CPA Cache" (7.1 and higher). Enter the fully qualified host name under which the Adapter Engine can be reached from all relevant network domains.
In Config tool, set the value of "com.sap.aii.af.cpa.app" and "com.sap aii.af.app", or restart the complete J2EE engine.
This note should help you
Note 804124 - HTTP communication with XI Adapter Engine fails
Hello Uday,
Did you restart Java instance after setting com.sap.aii.connect.repository.name with FQDN?
Please make sure FQDN related parameters are set as per the below document (section "Setting the FQDN").

Hi Uday,
Can you check SAPSLDRFC and LCRSAPRFC RFC destinations and execute SLDCHECK.
Also check what is the value of this parameter - com.sap.aii.connect.repository.name - (Should be FQDN)
I am sure, you would have checked,if not - Please check your hosts file too
Perform XI readiness check by following the SAP Note: 817920 . This will surely help you to identify the issue

Hi Uday,
You would need to run configuration wizard for PI full qualified host name.
Check the same in NWA -> Configuration tool --> All configuration tasks --> PI full qualified host name.
This will set up FQDN at all the places where ever needed.
Once this wizard gets executed. You might need to make changes in RFC destinations, SLDAPICUST, RZ70, SXMB_ADM etc..
Cheers !!!
