Sales Order Block

Hi Guys,

I'm wondering how can I block a sales order on item/header level under following cirucmstances:

3 groups of material (1,2,3) existing in the system, they are using the same order type

Automatic block of sales order should be done only for material from group 3

Group 3 can become Group 2, so they are sharing the same item category

Could you please let me know how it can be done ?

This can't be achieved through SAP standard. You need to use user exit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK or USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE in program MV45AFZZ
