i hv created distribution list contains 3 user. when im distributing to distribution list and see the log in distribution log getting two entries for some user

The above entries im getting in distrution log when distribution via distribution list
For each distribution process in DMS only 1 partial order gets created, irrespective of users in the list.
For checking logs you need to look for respective Partial Order number and not the user. This will give you correct information.
In your case you are looking for distribution logs based on user. Hence you getting an ouput as shared.
There could be a case where I have send multiple documents for single user. So by checking distribution log based on user will result in multiple Partial oder numbers as the case you have.
