Profiling, Cleansing, and ETL with SP04

How does SP04 handle Profiling ,cleansing, and ETL. Is this part of SP04 or is there a 3rd party product needed (ie: Informatica, Ascential, etc)

In addition to the interactive cleansing features of the MDM Data Manager that have been available before, SAP NetWeaver MDM 5.5 SP4 features a new "Matching Mode" within the MDM Data Manager where you can run rules-based matching strategies to determine duplicate records. For data enrichment, SAP NetWeaver MDM 5.5 SP4 offers access to 3rd party services (Business Information Providers) through the MDM Enrichment Architecture.
