i am posting the issue please kindly resolve this issue ,

Currently, in BOs' process, handling unit code is unique when is generated by the system. During the packing activity user must type the handling unit code to create a link between the delivery and the handling unit. In this moment SAP allows you to type any code without any check. So the uniqueness is given by delivery number and handling unit code.

During packing activity, where is in place the GT model, in the outbound delivery creation check whether the handling unit code typed by user is already linked with other delivery documents. In this case SAP must not allow the user to add this code in order to ensure the uniqueness of the outgoing handling unit code. SAP must suggest to generate another handling unit code.

Put some logic sytem should through error VEKP-VPOBJKEY if the handling unit is assigned to any delivery and the status of handling unit VEKP-STATUS.Normally system will jnot allow the handling unit if it is assigned to another delivery.I think you are entering handling in some custom program ,Put logic through user exit with above field system should display the message.,'Handling unit is alredy assigned'.
