Per -diem calculation for Great Britain

Hi Experts,

We have a following requirement for great britain meal per-diem:

if travel is in the afternoon then 19 GBP only BF of 6 not paid similary if travels before evening then only 11 paid meal of 14 GBP is not allowed. and for entire day 25 GBP.

can anyone please guide how this requirement can be fullfilled, in which node I can configure and should be the entries?
