how to consider properties belongs to Vendors

Hi

My client has some lease in ( outside propertis) for one year contracts and less than one year contract.(Vendor contracts)

Could you suggest how can i consider ( RO or building in RE-FX) ? Can i Create these as Master data like building or Rental objects, then creation on Lease in contracts.

Hi,

The better way to do it will be create a RO and then create a Lease in contract for the same. U can use usage to identify these kinds of special ROs.

but do i need to create under same BE or should treat under same entitity of client.

Hi,

That will depend on how do you wnat see your reports and how the accounts team want to treat the entries. If we create a different BE then the whole structure will be different and it will not show as part of same BE whiel we run the standard reports.
