Promotional material should be tracked , How

Hi Experts,

This is a Pharma Company willing to record all promotional material such as Gift, Pen in SAP.

Stocks to be visible in SAP?

Stocks to be visible at customer level also?

My Idea is, using of t-code MB1C, Bringing the stocks to the warehouse plant, Then proceeding with the Sale order as Free of Delivery. So that, we can see stocks at customer level.

Please guide me to complete this requirement and please provide steps.

Stocks to be visible in SAP?

Once you do MB1C for IN and Sales order for OUT, you will be able to see the stock for the materials.

Stocks to be visible at customer level also?

You can see how much you transfered to customer using sales order but to check stock at customer level you might need to use contract.

Hi, You can create these gift items as non-valuated material and hence only qty is taken care in the system. Regarding free goods configuration, lots of thread available in this forum. the following thread seems to be useful. Once the gifts are delivered to the customer, you can see in the system how much goods have been passed on to the customers. Trust this helps much! Regards Ashok Singh
