Hi,

What do you mean by administrative user ?

Are you talking about SAP* or DDIC user ?

In case of SAP* user refer the steps mentioned by Varun.

In case of other users, follow the steps mentioned by Varun. This will enable you to login with SAP* user . Using this you can reset the password for other admin users.

Hi,

You need to login as an administrative user to be able to reset passwords.

Incase you do not have a login on the client where you want to reset the password, you need to enable sap* user to be able to

login to the client.

For this, set parameter login/no_automatic_user_sapstar to 1and restart the server.

This procedure is documented in SAP .notes 8852,68048,2383
