Hello Guru:
1.how to set up that renewal needs confirmation from customer.
2.if renewal wrong , how to reset. I have try notice but not contract totally cancelled.

Hi,
use optional renewal rule and once you get confirmation from customer then you renew the contract.
And if you want to cancel, just issue a notice and the date which you want to close the contract.

If renewal is wrong then in the report REISCNRN you can select the "Reject and Activate Option"
