Sending out of an machine for some exhibition

Dear Sir,

We have a following scenario :

We are participating in an exhibition and to display our machine , we need to send out one machine from our factory to the exhibition and after few days this machine will come back to the factory .

We request you please guide us about the steps to be followed to address such a scenarion . We also need to ensure that CIN related government compliance also gets followed in the process .

Hi Sonia,

you can use Conginment scenerio where your machine will be provided into exhibition as consignment and after completing exhebition it will be picked up.

Another Process can be as follow:

Sales Order--- Delivery --- (Create Proforma for taxation)

Return Order--- Return Delivery
